Ivan was released Thursday, March 3 after three weeks of detention. He was placed under judicial supervision (not to leave the country, to make contact with others indicted, duty to point once a month Commission and to attend the appointments of QSBCS, an agency of social control reporting to the judges of the activity of the gallows). He was arrested Feb. 7 in Paris.
In March 2009 he had escaped the notice of the court to escape a warrant issued for violation of judicial review.
He was first arrested in January 2008 when he was in possession of a craft smoke and nails and twisted his way to a demonstration outside the detention center in Vincennes. He had then 4 and half months of detention remand.
