During 2008 several protests took place and had largely been taken up (including lists resf but also more generally) for Ivan and Bruno, arrested with smoke their way to the demonstration of January 19, 2008 against the detention center in Vincennes. They were detained under anti-terrorist training grounds delusional (burst some tire smoke and nails turned into bombs in order to build a story for a severe crackdown [on the anti-terrorist training for different stories and different people http://www.infokiosques.net/spip.php?article597 ]).
After several months of prison they were released with strict legal controls and restrictive that they had decided break, unable to continue to live locked out. They are all 2 again imprisoned at Fresnes.
Other people are currently imprisoned for their involvement in struggles against the deportation machine, including Dan and Oliver, jailed since mid-January and charged as part of a broad education and an investigation by the criminal brigade and anti-terrorist mobilization, which in January took place across France during the trial against the so-called undocumented persons accused of having set fire to the detention center in Vincennes in June 2008.
addition to those imprisoned, several others are indicted and placed under court supervision as part of their education.
What is at stake through the political inclinations and police who seek to categorize, stigmatize and isolate many of us are also fighting for the freedom of movement and settlement, in a context where These freedoms are the subject of a formidable offensive. We can only note that an increasing number of people are imprisoned in detention centers, camps or prisons simply because they are undocumented, that here and there in different maritime boundaries or land, military or police do not hesitate to shoot people just because they try to cross a border. We can not forget that the fight against what they (states) call illegal immigration is exploited by most governments and put in 1st place to combat global scourges.
